Not Wonderful

The concept is awesome. BUT, I placed an order on September 6th, and it STILL hasnt even shipped. I called customer service two weeks ago and they assured me that theyd make sure my order shipped out right away and that Id have it within two weeks. Fast forward two weeks and the app still says my order is "processing". Buying things at a deal doesnt mean anything if you never receive them.
