PatPats is one of my All Time Favorite sites to find the most adorable baby clothes!!

The concept is awesome. BUT, I placed an order on September 6th, and it STILL hasnt even shipped. I called customer service two weeks ago and they assured me that theyd make sure my order shipped out right away and that Id have it within two weeks. Fast forward two weeks and the app still says my order is "processing". Buying things at a deal doesnt mean anything if you never receive them.

Cheap stuff for great amazing prices. Cant wait to get some of the stuff I ordered and for new stuff to come.

Referred by a friend to download the app and ordered a makeup brush set. With the $5 off deal it only cost me less than a dollar, which is practically a steal! Same brush set selling on Amazon for more than $10!!

I have purchased quite a few items from PatPat. Their shipping does take a little longer than average, but you cant complain since they mention this in the description. (This is why people need to read before leaving feedback.) If you do not receive your item 22 days after ordering, PatPat will refund your money and give you a $4 or $5 credit (depending on how much your order was). This is, by far, some of the best customer service I have received from a company. Definitely worth buying from if you dont mind the wait time.

I wasnt so sure about this app not having many reviews and seeing it took a long time for items to ship (which said on the items before you ordered) plus with the daily freebie and always free shipping it just seemed to good to be true even though it takes a while to get here. I ordered Christmas stuff they did have some Halloween stuff but I wasnt going to chance it thinking it wouldnt make it here in time. But when my Christmas stuff arrived I was actually impressed with the quality considering it was so cheap. This is definitely an app Ill keep around just be sure when your ordering something you dont need it right away because it does take the 20 days it says it will.

I ordered some makeup brushes and I just got them today. It took exactly a month to get here. They are really good quality too. I just wish the shipping wouldnt take that long. I saw that they give the money back if you dint get your item in 21 days. What do I do to get my money?

I know the Alva cloth diapers are all at least $1 cheaper or more that what this app is selling for on the "sales" price. The quoted retail price is FALSE. This makes me not trust any other prices listed as a "sale".

Love the prices! Got $2 off using code xGIOS9 ---shipping takes longer but for these prices thats ok by me. If your patient you should give it a go! Happy shopping.

I am just now trying this app. Crazy how word of mouth really spreads. I kept seeing it on IG so I decided to give it a shot. So far there is a lot of stuff I can go crazy buying stuff here! Im only having one problem - may be a bug, I have an iPhone 6s and when I share to my Pinterest doesnt give me that extra discount. So I dont seem to get the 10% just the 7% from fb and Twitter. Please fix as of course I would love my full 10%

I ordered 1 item, 2 months ago and still have not received the item or a tracking number. I have called PatPat more than 3 times and still havent gotten anywhere. Dont waste your time with this app... Use Amazon or somewhere else that may actually get your product to you in a reasonable amount of time.

They LIE. Do not do business with this deceptive company. They say that they offer free shipping AND returns, but I was just told by their representative that I have to pay for the return shipping. I read directly from this app description, telling the representative that their site offers free returns, but she told me they absolutely do not. That the best they can do is offer half off the cost of the items, and then a $5 credit towards my next purchase. This was my third call to the company, because the first call was due to the fact that they never applied the $5 credit which they promise for your first order, so I needed to straighten that out with them. The second call was looking for the return shipping label that they promised (and it still hasnt come yet) and then the third call was to ask where the shipping label was. Thats when I was told that I have to pay for the return shipping. So, they are liars. The other big problem with this company is the quality of the clothing I received was absolute garbage. You could find better clothing at a dollar store. Really, its that bad. They also never applied the discount that they promised (its really not a lot anyway) for sharing your purchase on Facebook. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with this sneaky company.

Im not tryna spend so much cash on outfits for my baby but its so hard not to. I browse the app alot, mostly everything is affordable and free shipping. I dont mind waiting 10-21 days or more because I know Im saving money

Ive ordered quite a few items through here. The cloth diapers are great, the pockets are big, the snaps seem to be sturdy thus far and the prices are in-line with other "China cheapies". Ordered bamboo/microfiber diaper inserts. Theyre not great but would probably work ok for really little babies. They just dont hold enough compared to others I have but I still do use them. The quality is in-line with the price. I wouldnt order more if that tells you something. Bought reusable shopping bags that clip open onto the cart. They were listed as made of canvas so I expected good durable bags. They came and although the idea was great the material was that super cheap "cloth" that feels like paper. They ripped the first time I used them but PatPat did refund my purchase price when I contacted them about it. Overall Id say the company is pretty decent but wish the quality control was a bit better. Ive reached out to customer service a few times and always get a timely response. As far as the app goes, its spotty. Sometimes it works great and sometimes it will not load. I have it installed on my iPhone 6 and my iPad. Recently (since the last update) the "search by keyword" feature has not been working at all. Also, the way items are categorized kind of doesnt make sense. Little girl clothes will come up when you search for boys. Not all the diapers come up when you search diaper so you have to search every category to find them. The recent addition to the customer product "reviews" would be awesome if 1) the reviews showed up under where you actually look at products details instead of one giant list. 2) people would quit uploading blank photos or photos that have nothing to do with the product. Overall I like this app and will continue to use it, hoping they fix the issues listed above.

I saw this app being tagged on Instagram and had to check it out since I do buy a lot of by clohes for my kids. On here I can find stuff for kids and basic things for me. So far so good. Sometimes there are freebies on the app

I was really satisfied with the makeup brushes I ordered but I didnt receive and of my give $5 get $5 credits and they change the promo code every day smh
