New Update Review 03-2016

I have shopped PatPat for a year now. Its been a bumpy road to say the least. Many changes have occurred during this time. Free shipping to $1 shipping to free shipping to $5.99 shipping. Ship times have bounced around as well! It was 21 days w free shipping but with their recent 2016 update its currently 17 days + $5.99 shipping fee for orders $60 or less. Which is crazy because why would I pay $6 to get my items 4 days sooner?? Besides the crazy shipping costs we have the newly updated app. ITS AWFUL! Before update it was extremely easy to navigate and products were presented in an eye catching manner. Now its about 10 categories with a ton of unorganized items that take forever to load when trying to scroll thru. Also, they are attempting to do Flash Sale section but they are missing a key part-- A SALE PRICE! Its the same pricing its always been and flash sales are high discounted items. They also promote up to 90% off in savings, I cannot remember the last time I saw an item 90% off.

Still you can get some extremely cute things from PatPat, as many have reviewed you can and should look around to be sure youre getting best pricing but for the most part they are inexpensive and are worth the price for items. Some have been so-so in quality, but for price I am ok with that. What I will say is they have top notch customer service at PatPat. Every time I have had an issue w my order, shipping or product quality, they always make it right. Refund item with $5 wallet credit or you can keep and get 50% refund and credit. When items were over 21 days in shipping issues they always gave me a full refund + $5 credit to wallet. I hope that they work this update out and high shipping costs, I am a fan of PatPat but if it continues on this way I wont be back. Sites like this are a dime a dozen these days, Ill have to keep fingers crossed!! Good Luck PatPat-- I am trying really hard to hang in there.
